Current availability
The Free beta is available now. Checkout is in Sandbox testing only; no real money is charged and no paid subscription is offered. Using the Free plan does not create a paid subscription and never converts automatically to a charge. The following purchase instructions apply when you have an actual Paddle transaction for CSV Review.
Cancel future renewals
- Sign in and open the subscription section of your workspace.
- Choose Manage subscription to open Paddle's billing portal, select the subscription and confirm cancellation.
- Check the effective date and keep the confirmation. If you cannot sign in, use the Manage subscription link in your Paddle receipt or request help at Paddle buyer support.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. It stops future renewals; it does not itself refund a payment already made. Closing checkout, signing out, deleting a local file or emailing a support question is not confirmation that a subscription has been canceled.
What happens to access and reports
A scheduled cancellation leaves Pro active until its effective time. Free save limits apply after cancellation or a pause takes effect, when payment is past due, or when the confirmed period ends. The application uses the subscription status and dates verified with Paddle. If a payment succeeded but the workspace has not updated, use Refresh status and contact support instead of purchasing again.
New Free reports have seven-day retention; new Pro reports have 90-day retention. Existing reports keep their original expiry dates after a plan change. You can view, export or delete your unexpired reports, even if the saved-item total exceeds your new allowance. You cannot save additional items over the current limit. Cancel and resolve outstanding payment activity before deleting an account; deleting an account is a separate action.
Request a refund
Use the support link on your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net and choose Request refund. You can also email mysave@qq.com for help with the product or the request. Include your account email, transaction reference, purchase date and a short description of the problem. Do not include card numbers, passwords or private files.
Eligibility is governed by the Paddle Refund Policy, the Paddle Buyer Terms applicable to your purchase and mandatory consumer rights. Refund and withdrawal rights can differ by location and purchase circumstances. CSV Review does not offer a separate worldwide, unconditional money-back guarantee. Nothing on this page removes a statutory right or any more favorable right that applies to your purchase.
Missing access, technical problems or duplicate charges
If you have a payment receipt but the purchased Pro allowance has not been delivered, send support the transaction reference and the status shown in your workspace. We can investigate the account link and payment confirmation. If a material technical problem prevents access to the purchased features and cannot be resolved, use Paddle's refund route with the problem details and the support response.
If you believe you were charged twice, provide both transaction references and dates to support or Paddle. A pending bank authorization is not necessarily a second completed payment; the provider's records need to be checked. Do not send card details or create another subscription while the issue is being investigated.
Refund status and cancellation are separate
A request marked pending is not an approved refund. Approval, any return of funds and future subscription cancellation are separate states; check your receipt, Paddle portal and workspace. A refund may affect access under the applicable purchase terms. Do not assume a refund or credit has canceled future renewals: confirm cancellation if you want them to stop. Your payment method and provider determine when an approved return appears.
For questions about this policy, contact CSV Review support. For payment handling and buyer rights, the Paddle links above provide the applicable purchase information.
