What both plans include
Compare CSV, TSV, XLS, XLSX and ODS files by key or complete row values. Review added, removed, changed and unchanged records, duplicate-key conflicts, mapped columns and optional supplier price alerts. Supported reports can be downloaded as CSV, Excel or JSON. Whole-workbook review checks supported worksheets and discloses how rows were paired.
Both plans allow 20 MiB per file and up to 50,000 data rows. A selected table is limited to 80 columns; workbook and output limits also apply. See the full processing limits. Pro does not increase those limits. Batch processing, scheduling, team accounts and integrations are not included.
How a subscription is delivered
When checkout is available, sign in and verify your account email before purchasing. Paddle presents the current price, currency, taxes and billing interval for your approval. A recurring plan renews for the interval accepted at checkout until canceled. Pro is delivered to the account that starts the purchase after the server verifies the subscription with Paddle; a browser success message alone does not grant access.
If a receipt arrives before the workspace updates, use Refresh status in your workspace or contact support. Do not buy a second subscription to resolve a delay.
When you reach a limit
No automatic overage charge is added. Delete a saved report or rule before saving another, or choose Pro when it is available. Anonymous comparisons and downloads remain available within the processing limits. A report’s retention period begins when it is saved, not when you upgrade.
Canceling and keeping your evidence
Manage an existing subscription from your workspace or the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation at the end of a billing period keeps Pro active until its effective time. Past-due payment, an effective pause or cancellation, or an expired confirmed period restores Free save allowances.
Existing reports keep their original expiry dates. You can read, export or delete unexpired reports after a downgrade even when you are over the new allowance; save operations stay limited until space is available. Download evidence you need to keep.
